Iceman was never at Omega levels. At least not for any noticeable period of time.
Writer's view him as a guy who makes things cold. Based on the last 3 years of showings that I've seen, Thor would take him out with a lightning bolt.

Thor was temporarily knocked out -he was down for a few minutes tops- by the full power of the U-Foes, Iron Patriot, Ms. Marvel, -exception- Sentry, and that Volcanic chick. A lot of top tier heroes have gone down to far less. Throw in the fact that the U-Foes were most likely amped, then I don't really have a problem with the showing.

I think thor wins this. I remember his talk to Iron man in their fight when he first returned. I know he had a little bit of the odin-power then but he gave Iron Man a hint at what he was capable of, if he wanted to/not hold back so much. He was warning Iron Man to rememer WHAT a god of thunder IS and do not let them forget, what that MEANS. Thor holds back his full strength all the time in the mortal world and in the asgardian demension because he has a sense of honor and cares for living creatures. Also he knows what his power can do if fully released. Man wouldn't survive.
