Darkseid is re-incarnated in the Marvel Universe and decides to conquer Marvel Earth. A boomtube appears in Times Square and 35 billion parademons in waves of 20 million every 30 minutes come pouring through, accompanied by the Female Furies and Apokolyptian Army.

35 billion Parademons would overwhelm 99% of ME's defenses rather swiftly. The remainder would be cleaned up by the Elites or Darkseid himself if it becomes necessary, which it probably won't.

Asgard is still on earth correct? then technically they should be involved hence odin wins.

Odin would wipe out 35 Billion para-demons effortessly. From what I've seen, those things are basically flying hand ninjas.

Is all of Earth included in battle? Meaning Asgard, Olympus, Olympia? If the other pantheons are also included, then this becomes even more lopsided.

Darkseid better whip out some rarely seen plot device weapon if he doesn't want this ending up like a battle with Superman, except for all Apokolips.
