That's because JJ/Fury never merged powers, only consciousness.
They were fused metaphysically, yet they're powers/abilities were separate.
Aside from giving JJ subliminal suggestions, they didn't compliment each other otherwise.

I really wish they had merged powers.

Anyway, MJJ doesn't need the Fury ... MJJ is God! (within his warp)

JJ just needs to stay the hell away from the Fury. (who somehow has God's #)

That said, HOM Wanda wins. There are specifics that put her one bump higher.
