The Matrix has been once again infected the Architect has given Neo one last chance to stop it before it wipes the program clean if it is even possible.
Jobe has started to rebuild the Matrix in his image having been awaken from his Cyber slumber for various centuries. The core program hardware and software which the Matrix was build on was Jobe's Cyberspace.

Interesting match up given that neither really fulfilled the powers that the films built them up as having.
Saying that...Jobe turned a man into a bunch of flying balls which was pretty ****ing special.
Mind you...Neo managed to stop thousands upon thousands of flying bombs which means he really showed far more power outside the matrix than he did in it.
You really should just use the 1st lawnmower man film though...Because 2 was just awful...woeful.
