1st scenario Black panther gets his suit and standard gear for both
2nd scenario H2H with Suit but no weapons for either one
3rd scenario H2H No vibranium suit.

Current Tchalla is a nobody, so i'll assume you're using HsH Tchalla, with his suit, he wins. She has the MA edge, and possibly a speed edge, but the suit allows BP to go h2h with a raging Ironfist..thats gotta count for something.

Strictly h2h no suit no weaps, id say split.

Oh, and for the people who have deluded themselves into thinking that the HsH made Panther peak and not superhuman, in the previews for Man Without Fear 515 T'Challa stats he is peak human without the HsH... and he aludes that he might actually be above peak human even without the herb... 😎

Cassandra's weapons are merely batarangs and standard bat stuff, so they don't give nearly as much advantage as the suit, or suit + weapons.

The closer it is to pure HtH, the better it is for her.
