iirc once Wolvie jumped from a plane during his 2nd vol. early in and said hitting the ground(lake) was equivalent to getting punched by Hulk.. it was no big deal to him.

No it doesent. They implied the first one was stronger and faster then spiderman to, only to be proven wrong over and over again and to have scorpion hurt his fist punching spiderman.........

It called hyperbole and I did not see any such implications to boot.
