How much damage does he do to the MU before he's stopped and who stops him?

yah that would be pretty bad for everyone. The man never shuts his mouth. so i guess anyone who would get to him before the makes a sound ??

Would take a skyfather to beat him.

What would he go by? Deadbolt, Blackpool, Merc with a big mouth, Say What, Bea Arthur,... The possibilities are endless. Or not.
