Backstory: Harry goes on a student exchange trip and Saruman attempts to turn him. Harry fights him in the Tower of Isengard. So it's staff vs wand. Who wins?

Don't you remember how uber fast he did it though? Harry was all like "Mind Spell, I choose you!" and Malfoy was all like "No, I've been pwnd by his speed!"

While fast, he had to use verbal and hand commands.
