Wasn't Dark Flash pretty much just Flash?

Walter West did all kinds of speed force tricks. I think some that Wally was unable. I think he was just a more experienced in using the SF.

walter had some great tricks and could use the SF better than wally, but in terms of sheer speed i don't think he was actually FASTER than wally, which is what he would need to be here to win.
