I'm not as sure of MM's psychic abilities compared to those of Exodus, but for the sake of argument lets say it is a draw.

Even though Exodus is tough and has high level energy output (even while engeded in psychic combat), I don't think it stacks up to MM's versatility/raw strength. So, without a clear winner in terms of psy, I think MM's other powers tip the balance to him, and probably in the 7-8/10 range.

i don't think there would be enough of a difference in psi levels for that to be the determining factor in this fight. if mm can even hold his own, the rest of his powers give him a massive advantage. exodus's only chance is to beat him with tp. i just don't think he could--at least not quick enough or convincingly enough to prevent mm's other powers from overwhelming him.
