iron man doesnt/cant make something to stop him from using those powers or preventing them from affecting the armor? doesnt he have that power canceling thingie?

Provided Onslaught isn't under PIS, he'll probably be nice and give Tony the time to sound out one syllable before he transmutes him into a cookie

onslaught would ragestomp and ironman's power dampening resources are far far away form what it would take to beat an energy being. what is he gonna do? throw nanites at him?

Which leaves him with the powers of Magneto a.k.a a guy who can control every part of the Electromagnetic force, meaning Stark's Armor is going to be useless, leaving a moderately skilled martial artist against a powerful psychic entity

Team Ironman! Tony's state of mind at the time was altered/elevated to that of a processing machine. The Initiative was a good idea. And one I agree with. It just made him an ******* which is what was required to acheive his ideal.

Iron Man was ruthless and idiotic but I agree, for the most part his plans were good.

Magneto has been supressed before, IM with prep would be able to hang with him at the very least.

Magneto isn't a good example of Ironman's prep potential.
