Where is the fight? Does Surtur have the Twilight Sword?

Draw. Both are more or less Odin level (depending on how crazy Odin wants to get with amps).

I need to find me that issue of Thor where Dormammu and Odin were facing off in Asgard itself but Thor's mind couldn't comprehend it so he saw it as a game of chess between the two.
