He owned his own universe, IIRC. At full power he was one of those omnipotent types. Phantom Stranger rounded up a couple Shadow Pact teams from different timelines to fight Sun King in. He was pretty powerful and he doesn't get stomped.

Dormammu has his own universe: the Dark Dimension. He's rules over a good number (hundreds) of dimensions as well. So other than being called omnipotent, what's the guy actually done feat wise? Odin's been referred to as such and yet Dormammu was beating him most of the way until Odin managed a stalemate.

He draws his power from his own universe. I think this would be interesting if it's in a neutral universe.
