but... as much as I agree with your sentiments, that puts Cap's average showings at well above Beast's ability to win a majority against.

On paper, I'd probably give it to beast, but from what I have seen, he doesn't have the feats to show he can put his agility and strength to effective use against top tier MAs/fighters

Spidey record against the top MAers isn't that bad outside of mainly Cap.

Even in most of his encounters with Daredevil he seems to have the edge against him.
