I'd go with the League of Ancients, unless the Illuminati are given time and prep to have Reed make something up. They're all shielded against telepathy, they have multiple powerful mages and bricks, and they literally killed the JLA when they fought.
BB and Strange'll make it a fight, but the Illuminati will go down.
