in 616 universe IB takes it with ease in a curb stomp of epic proportions due to Shuma's decreased power in reality.
In Shuma home universe not sure... Shuma has taken out thousands of universes which i assume come with their own respective Lords order and chaos which are both stronger than I-B. I mean his only defeat on home turf was essentially him beating himself via Strange.

IB in or out of his realm.

The In-Betweener takes this anywhere but the Chaos Dimension, where which Shuma-Gorath would win.

If Vishanti is < IB, then Shuma loses. If the Vishanti is > IB, then Shuma wins.
