Well Jr. is equal, or a little, weaker/stronger than Superman, last time i check.
But i'll gave Blue the win, because he's more versatile in that form.

IIRC he's basically a slightly less physically powerful Superman who trades in his super hearing for the ability to listen to radio waves.
