Marvel Multiverse Hierarchy

This is an attempt to form some kind of hierarchy based on

a) The powers of each character and the scale of these powers
b) Logic and not PIS

Here are the first 7 to start with

1. One Above All

2. Living Tribunal

3. Phoenix Force

4. Eternity and Infinity

5. Death and Oblivion

6. Galactus

7. Celestials

If you strongly believe any characters need to be higher or lower, explain why then can maybe amend if necessary

Next up for consideration are Order and Chaos, are they placed at 6, 7 or 8?

What about the Hell-Lords, Elder Gods, Council of Godheads, and mystic beings such as the Vishanti?

And, also, I think Eternity ranks higher than Phoenix...
