C.R.A.Z.Y is fantastic.
I Agree! Its a great movie.
I also liked Dear Wendy. Thanks for that recommendation. but the ending felt rushed. Not a good trasition of events. Everything was fine, to out of control in .5seconds.
No matter, you have good taste. I look forward to your other recommendations.
Have you seen the Movie "GO" ? Its pretty good.
Taken (Pretty cliche, but entertaining)
Crooked Earth (Mostly English, some Maori, complex but simple story)
K20 - Legend Of The Mask (Japanese superhero movie, nicely balanced)
Howl's Moving Castle (children's movie... awesome drawn animation)
Blood In, Blood Out [a.k.a. Bound By Honor](great English/Spanish movie, kinda gangster)
Umm... That's all I got at the moment.
The Way Of The Gun.
Starring Ryan Phillippe, Benicio Del Torro & Juliette Lewis.
Strong cast & some great gun fights.
I really enjoyed the bond between Phillippe's & Del Toro's characters.
Both drifter criminals with a "nothing to lose" attitude. Through out the film, both characters hardly say a word to eachother but both know to trust what the other's thinking.

"Shut that c*nts mouth before I f*ck start her head.... What? You wanna man dance? .... lol
Have you seen "3000 Miles to Graceland" or "GO" ? Also pretty good movies.
I just watched the film "RUBBER" im still not sure what I think about it. But I will say this. It is the most "original" Movie I have ever seen! Maybe thats what they were going for?

Found one.
Would've be paying 18 quid for it though.
If you like Dead Man's Shoes you should watch A Room For Romeo Brass. Not quite as gripping as Deads Man's Shoes but a very funny, disturbing and realistic film with another brilliant performance from Paddy Considine.
Also:
All The Boys Love Mandy Lane.
Session 9.
Edges of Darkness. ( Not great but imaginative ).
Bubba Ho-Tep.
Trick R Treat.
Splinter.
Death Race 2000.
Salute of The Jugger.
Judgement Night.
G.I. Joe The Animated Movie. ( Awesome,just awesome ).
The 13th Warrior.

True...Considine is on top form in it.
I have all Meadow's films now and while there's a couple I wasn't keen on (Somers Town being my least favourite) he's still my favourite low budget director.
This is England 86 (tv series) showed how the extremes of every emotion can be packed into a short period of screen time...And while everyone was going nuts for The Inbetweeners at the time TIS86 was far superior but was generally overlooked.
Can't wait for the 88 Christmas special and TIS90 as well.
