The only time I've ever had trouble understanding an english-speaking movie was Neds; few times I had to go back and take a re-listen. I'd say about 15% of the film went over my head all in all.

The studios over in America are thinking of releasing it with added subtitles because they think Americans will have problems with the street slang.
