episode 1 3D!!

All 6 movies have always had things coming at the screen like ships, explosions, podracers, light sabers. So it should be very cool.

The reason for 1 year between releases is because of the time it takes to transfer each film. Not to make more money, let's face it these will only be in the theater for a month maybe 2 and that is it.

Queeq, Ive never had a problem with TPM outside of JJB, Maul is one of my favorite characters. I will probably go see this just for his character alone. 🙄

I felt TPM was boring... the realisation struck me when I was reading the subtitles to my son. It's a very talky picture about boring stuff and the actions don't always make sense to what people say.

I do and i did, i just added to it by saying they are not trying to make more money by having the releases 1 year apart.

And i didn't have a problem with TPM either. Even with JJB (i just ignore him) and as you can tell from my Sig and username Maul is one of my favorite characters too.

I agree with you Queeq that it is quite boring in places and talky, but for me i found some of the talky scenes kind of interesting. but i still think this is one of the reasons why Lucas started with episode iv first, cause people would not be able to get into TPM if it came out in 1977.

There is one horror about Ep1 you may not have realised... Jar Jar in 3D, maybe they add a new scene of his tongue aimed at the audience... 😈

But 3D will always fail once the sabres hit the edge of the frame or go past it as they do all the time. 3D evaporates when objects or people or obstructed by the sids of the screen.

TPM being kind of talky....well yes, but it was more talky and less of a CGI rollercoaster. I mean I know TPM used tons of CGI, but not nearly as much as 2 and 3.

Having watched TPM recently, the dialogue really does feel the best of the 3 prequels in this movie.

Which says a lot... 😉
