I'd go with Sersi and I think this thread has been done before.

i used the search function, but no results came up like this thread.

Yeah that happens all the time.

I was going to say, whoever gets the first transmutation effect/spell in first wins. 50/50

But then I remembered Sersi is an Eternal with complete control over her body down to the molecular level. Sersi wins a healthy majority. 7/10

not really based on feats it's not. selene is powerful, but sersi's out of her league imo.
