How do you figure? He did all tha in a picosecond, light moves around one milimeter each 3.3 picoseconds as stated in my last post. Since he moved around at least 3 meters and moved several times it's safe to say he was at least 100 times faster that light.

I love Cap, but Surfer would hand him his ass. The power cosmic allows him to manipulate matter and energy. Theoretically allowing him to drain the energy from the GL ring and transforming the adamantium in the shield into marshmallow.
