If I had to I'd go with Terrax.

terrax outclass blastaar in every ways. although I think blastaar's force blast might cause some trouble. terrax takes this handily

terrax but not necessarily easily. may depend a little on on good he his currently with the rod. still, the rod wouldn't save him from a planet-cleaving axe blow.....

Cosmic-level jobbing aside, I'd bet on Terrax.
