One-shotting the Collector and hiding from Eternity. Slowing time, resurrecting Starkhawk so he comes back different, destroying the Avengers without even trying. He didn't have many feats of power, he was implied to be more powerful than the Elders of the Universe though.

I mean one shotting the collector is awesome. But hes not passing Odin AND thanos.

Even if you lowball the Collector he's still around Thanos level and he killed him with a single blast which travelled to a different dimension from Earth while hiding from abstracts. He's closer to Cube being than Skyfather.
At his best he is thanos level.
I still don't see him getting past 2 but IMO he is DEFINITLY not get past 3.

The Collector oneshotted an entire race of beings which were Eternal level, one on one they wtf pwned Sersi and Herc.
Whether he passes three or not depends in how high you rate Tyrant. For me he's lower than Skyfather, in that case he wouldn't change the game that much.
LoM it depends on what sort of proof we're allowed to use in Korvac's defense.
In 616 reality, he was hiding his presence not just from Eternity but from other "powerful" beings like Mephisto and Odin. He specifically mentioned them by name. Does this mean he feared their power? Or that he didn't want to deal with them just yet as not to attract the attention of even more powerful beings like Eternity?
In 616 his feats weren't all that. One-shotting an Elder is nice. And so is killing and rezzing Starhawk and pummeling the Avengers/GotG. But it's nothing a mid to high level skyfather couldn't do.
However, if we are allowed to use a referenced What If (the incident is even mentioned in his handbook entry), then Korvac clears it. He killed the IB, a few Elders, Stranger, the 4th Host of Celestials. He caused the LT to flee that reality.
It should be noted that he said he was more power than any being in that reality but not every being in that reality. It should also be noted that he needed the UN to destroy a universe, he didn't do it under his own power.
Korvac does mention he wants to evade combat with the skyfather because they'll ally among themselves -heavily implying that they can't take him one on one-, gather their forces and in the following battle the universe would be trashed -so maybe he may actually win the conflict-.
But then again, how much should we believe Korvac's estimations? He could only get them thanks to a high level of cosmic senses, they must be really exact. Backed with the fact he killed the Collector as if he was a bug, he's likely stronger than the skyfather themselves.
He's coming back soon in Avengers Academy, maybe we'll get a better idea of his power?
