Midnighter versus Bat-Family

Midnighter from The Authority takes on several of Gotham's crimefighters.

Fight 1. Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne, Stephanie brown, Selina Kyle, Kate Kane (Batwoman) Strictly H2H, no equipment.

Fight 2. Throw in Batman and Cassandra Cain, the Bat-family have access to their usual equipment.

Can he take both fights?

Care to elaborate? Midnighter had some serious durability feats in The Authority and his own series, I reckon they will be hard pressed to put him down.

He might get in some licks in the first scenario, but he goes down. It's too many people, even if not all of them are top tier.

In the second, Midnighter gets beaten without even having a chance to fight back.
