I know for a fact, Sinister's not mind raping Plastic Man, so that's out.

A full, no hold bar, no PIS, and CIS to renders Plastic man, is a dangerous man.

But, i can't say much, because i don't know Sinisters, and Holocaust true abilities.

Elasti Girl is also hard to put down. Her limbs can be hacked off and she won't really feel a thing.

No, she is from Doom Patrol. She can shrink and grow as well. In her latest appearances she can regrow any limb and even had her face blown off.

I just really don't think either of these two have the damage output to put down Sinister or Holocaust, and Elasti-Girl doesn't share the same TP immunity that Plastic Man has, according to Wiki at least. Holocaust has the durability and energy output to take down Exodus, and Sinister has decent energy projection.

Well, she is very durable in her own right. She can take the punishment Holocaust has dished out. She just took blasts from Black Lanterns, IIRC and fought Animal Mineral Man (lame as that may sound) and they were tearing up a city. I don't see how Sinister can take out PLastic Man.
