Starro vs Marvel Universe (No Cosmics)

Now assume that Starro found its way into the Marvel Universe and managed to take over the Shi'ar Imperial Guard (and Gladiator) with its clones.

With its new slaves Starro sets out to conquer the Shi'ar Empire and the rest of the Marvel Universe. Now assuming Abstracts can't intervene, how far does Starro get?

With no Nova Prime, Starlord or Adam Warlock to look to for leadership, he makes it to Earth.

It would be interesting to see the Annihilators try and stop him. Depending on which Starro, of course.

The Annihilators have the muscle, but not the tactical leadership to be effective by themselves imo.
