I'd say cauterizing a hole in reality is more impressive feat for Supe's HV. Keep in mind, I think Thor has more powerful energy attacks, but I'll post some scans momentarily of Superman.

Holy crap seriously? Then it's no contest. Since this thread was specifically about Surfer's blasts, Thor's lightening (nothing else) and Supes Heat Vision. Superman wins hands down.

Not Thor's lightning strike.

HV is being underestimated here. I'd go Thor's lightning though.

Lightning > Cosmic Blast = Heat Vision
