KM lied to you because that amp is still there.

They never lost it and from my knowledge, Northstar was using that amp on Wolvy when he was brained washed by the hand.

North was beaten by Rogue and Cable. Rogue wont do shit to any of the top GLs.

no the twins DO NOT have the children of the vault upgrade anymore. Its even referenced it is no longer there. so to say I was lying? Lulz
