Gewd gawd. RJ already clarified that there is not time-travel in this thread.Additionally, "Time-travel" paradoxes are also theorized NOT to exist: the multiverse takes care of that. Meaning, you could go back in time, kill your grandfather, and nothing happens to yourself even a little bit. In fact, the "multiverse" solution is more accepted than the single universe theory (meaning, no time paradoxes could exist.)
The TX and 1000 go back in time and end up in a different universe that is extremely similar to their original. The events that occur in that universe do not affect the original universe that they were from meaning the Skynet of the TX and 1000's universe does not recieve any information or indication of the events in the other: preserving any paradoxes that could be created and allowing a versus thread to take place between the Salvation Skynet and the TX and 1000 Terminators.
Debate the thread based on an understanding of no time-traveling interference from either side and pretend that the future becomes nebulous until this fight is cleared up.
And before it's mentioned, it's not a single universe. We are led to believe that but it's not the case. Even if that was the case, it doesn't matter because the thread starter clarified in the first couple of posts.
Redundant, dude. We're on other areas now.
Like RJ's profuse inability to completely not see basic facts and events happening front of him of a big screen.
Originally posted by Sadako of GirthYes we are, like skynet having nothing that can put 1000 down for good. Whether it's regen is working slow or fast, he'll regen and keep coming. He was literally blown into thousands of pieces by the 850 and regenned just fine. I saw that. onscreen.

Seconds....
Minutes....
Days....

Originally posted by Sadako of GirthLulz I already covered this, dude. It was distracted by Sara and John. Had she not set it up for the 800, the T-1000 would have won.
Youre wrong: It was defeated by a mere T-800.
Nah his ability to regen can get f***ed up, as proven.No. The 1000 was blown to bits by the 850. It reformed in 30ish seconds, and once it was back to 100% (maybe a minute), it was fine.
So thats a massive problem for your argument. My argument is problem free, dude. The 1000 will reform from anything thrown at it. Unless skynet has a gun that fires smelting pits.
But thats not exactly covering it.
Its a highly advanced computer, it shouldn't have had slow reactions/multitasking fail....unless it was pounded to shit and was losing its ability, maybe... 🙂
Heat rounds and Concussive blasts, will do it.
So your argument is indeed in trouble.
Mentioning nukes, just would seal the deal.

.
huh??
The T-800 pretty much ****ed the T1000 complety with that grenade and so much for reforming once it hit the smelting pit
Originally posted by Sadako of GirthThen why did it reform instantly from the shotgun blasts, and when 850 cut it in two?

Originally posted by KazenjiNot nearly as bad as it was ****ed up when the 850 blew it into thousands of pieces, but it regenned then.

The more severe the damage, the longer it takes to regen from.

It might not have formed completely.
Oh yes they were... As Kaz says: In T3, which is part of that timeline.
The threads called "Tx/T-1000 versus ALL of skynet".
Originally posted by KazenjiAnd likely they were all used up. One can argue all day that skynet had nukes in T4, but they were never shown nor mentioned. Therefore they are not part of their arsenal.
But yet Skynet had control of nukes in T3 😬
Besides, you really think skynet would resort to using them? For two targets?

I didn't think that needed pointing out. But I just did for you. 2018, this is when the fight takes place.

Nah man...you're assuming that.. 🙂Yes. If the outcome guaranteed victory.
But they wouldnt need to anyways, since its other defenses will be way enough to pwn the living shit out of TX and T-1000. 🙂
Was skynet shown using nukes in 2018?
What defenses? The defenses that are not strong enough to take down the TX and the T-1000? Skynet, which was incredibly easy to infiltrate? K.
BTW, kiddies, here's what happens when the T-1000 is caught in a huge explosion. FF to 4:30....
The T-1000 was blown to bits and trapped in a damn inferno for almost a full minute. What did the T-1000 do? It reformed and walked away unscathed.
Thanks for playing!!!
No thanks necessary, RJ, its always nice to 'win'.
Yep all damage that would be part of the accumulation that f**ked his morph ability in the end. 🙂
Also, He was in the cab, relatively protected against the full force of the explosion, then afterwards, he walked out over some fuel burning on the ground. You act like he was totally on fire with 3000 degree hot steel all over him like when....oops. 😉
Was there an itinerary shown at any point showing that there were no nukes left in the world? Nope. There wasnt. Probably cause Skynet wouldnt need all the world's nukes to do what it did....it would only need to be spelled out to only those who are the most bereft of brain activity that it had some left.
Nah not really. Those defenses (including lots of 1984 era arnie type T'800s) would slap TX and T-1000 back to being calculators.
