Multiverse Mr. Mind Vs Abraxas

Abraxas is some character connected to Galactus true?

Mr Mind multiversal sounds like a multiversal level power so he wins

Wasn't Abraxas multiversal too?

Mr. Mind possessed the ability to literally consume the history of a Universe, causing alternate timelines to result

This the character?

Who thinks these up and what drugs are they on? 😕
