I'm under the impression he's similar to Thor in that regard. Hard, but not impossible, to get mentally.

She doesn't need TP to beat Bill. She has clear strength, speed and durability advantages over him.

in some cases her durability has been an issue. max is tough, but if she can't take him with tp (which i really don't know--can't think of any feats of bill that would show he could or couldn't take a tp assault) then bill her take her out.

she took out orion with a surprise tp attack. not sure it will work on bill.

Superman wasn't Ko'd. Maxima was. Hence why she didn't continue the fight and he did.

Supes was knocked out. He just recovered faster.
