Batman vs Captain America (see description)

1. Purely hand to hand

2. Cap gets his shield and batman gets his gadgets

3. both get 10 minutes of intel on each other before fighting in new york city

4. Fight to the death, no prep.

who takes it?

Batmans gadgets are too much to overcome. Gas pellets or something for the win.

Oh, I guess we need to answer all four scenerios.

3. Batman (what good does this do Cap?)
4. Batman (He still has his gadgets)

Omigod, like this has never been done before!

1. Steve. Physically superior.
2. Batman if he actively and intelligently utilizes his tools.
3. Edge to Batman. Steve might be a superior tactical thinker but I think Batman would be better prepared in 10 minutes. If nothing else, he has access to greater on hand resources.

#3 says they get 10 minutes of intel, it doesn't say they get to bring extra equipment.
