This is true, not sure about Bullseye, but McClane and Picard definitely will not be growing more hair as time passes. So it does seem that a game of waiting is on Team Bald's favour.

Another thing that was overlooked, Team Bald has less wind resistance, and we all know speed matters in most fights.
