Maybe. He's manipulated Warlock's karmic blasts in the past, and is probably familiar with psi-energy judging by how he's overcome his brother's powers.Also, there's the shields that he's capable of creating that could simply block the blasts.
I think this probably goes to Maxima. I also think that his matter manipulation is a lot more robust than hers though, so that could be a good strategy for him.
Yeah, she's also got shielding of her own, but if he can manipulate her psi-bolts, he can likely manipulate her shields as well.
Matter manip could be a good path for him to travel -- as Max's isn't really much to talk about (costume changes are about as extensive as she's gotten with it.) I do think she'd take the majority, though -- even if BB can manipulate her psionic energies. She's still got uber strength/TK to fall back on.
