Given Rich's recent feats, and current power since he got the full nova force (he still has that, right?), Apoc can't compete. Not at this time. Maybe if he was being written well, or back to the levels where he roflpwned Stryfe or written with some speed, sure.

As is? Not counting the little kid, or future Poccy and going by blood of apocalypse Apoc, he's not taking out Rich.
