I'll put my money on the guy who defeated Palpatine whereas Yoda himself pointed out that Kenobi would NEVER be able to do so.

Let alone the fact that Luke defeated a Palpatine who was even more formidable than his ROTS self due to having the same level of power AND a younger, stronger body.

(Yes Luke had Leia's assistance in turning Palp's storm against him but prior to that Luke defeated him in a duel).
