This is wrath from full metal alchemist brotherhood.
Wrath is equipped with Six swords. Fight takes place in
Madison Square Garden

You really just kind of have to see them in action. The only power he has is his eye, which shows him weak points in his enemy and enhances his reflexes far beyond anything a normal human could process. That said I'm not an Afro Samurai expert, I've seen a few fights though, and he doesn't seem like he's on Wrath's level. If memory serves Wrath took down some of the most powerful characters in the series without the use of his eye, which he only lost after fighting three of the strongest fighters in the series, only one of which he left standing. And he has six swords, which as far as I'm concerned makes this a pretty clear win for him.

Its never 100% defined what powers his eye gives him, but, without a doubt the bulk of his deadliness just came from his intense training and skill.

Wrath's eye essentially gives him battle precognition, although by his own admission age has dulled his reflexes so he cannot react to what he sees sometimes.

Wrath dodged rounds from automatics while taking out a tank with just a sword and a grenade. His eye all but seals this fight in his favor IMO.

Really? I know he shows some good feats taking out Jino and his cyborg pals in "Ressurection" but Wrath still seems fast enough.

Wrath getting out of the train was probably his best feat though.

What are Afro's speed feats? iirc the fight with the Ice Alchemist and against Greed, Wrath showed insane speed.

On screen his sword sliced from his left position to his right without being able to see it.
Afro's gona have to be pretty fast to get this one.

Besides that, aren't Homunculus in effect, immortal?

I've seen bits and pieces of the series and remember Greed and Lust being "killed" several times and coming back to life quickly, as well as being able to shrug off ridiculous amounts of damage.

Also, this fight is in Madison Square Garden?

Are you sure it isn't in the parking garage, beneath it? 😉

Wrath is an exception among the Homonculi, he in fact has normal human healing, and is not immortal.

As for speed, too lazy to get feats for Afro Samurai right now in the form of videos, but he has sliced bullets in half, making the shrapnel hit foes behind him, and other shit I cannot bother to remember.
