Phoenix II vs Dr. Strange

Thanks to the unchartable fandom powers invested in me (The Loeb Force).

Rachel regains the Phoenix Force to the levels shown in Excalibur.

Dr. Strange gets his standard items, and is suddenly back to his classic levels as the Sorcerer Supreme.

as for the thread--i'd take rachel unless strange gets some time.

Strange would steal her powers obviously still not too sure Rachel would be able to kill him either.
