He always has void within him... there are no appearances of a 100% voidless sentry. You need to decide where to make the line and i think its safe to claim the forms that has the "sentry" shape and powerset should be put in under his names (in that case, he even had his regular eyes/text bubbles).

That feat is unusable on this board too. And Kandy is right. The two are nearly interchangable, hence why we try to separate the feats.
