I'm going to make a character but I'm a bit confused as to some of the terms. What are the meanings behind things like Saboteur, Information Collect, etc.

Also, what are the meaning behind things like "IC/B, etc"

Areas are the general idea of what the character does. Specializations are what the character is best at. For example Hacker (IC) means that the char is an Information Collector specializing in hacking.

His graffiti artist "pen name" if you will. It's what he'll sign his work with after tagging something, gives him a bit of a name in the world y'know what I mean? People will see the work and won't dismiss it as some idle hooligan or vandal, they'll know there is a message behind this and they'd better pay attention to it.
