Shatter point is the idea that objects have critical points that are crucial to their survival. For example, in a deck of cards removing a single card could bring the entire thing down. Another example is the game of Jenga (or Tumbling Tower, if you have a knockoff brand). Removing some pieces is not catastrophic, but taking a keystone piece is. Shatterpoint is the ability to see those keystone pieces and the capacity to use them.
