Odin vs Human Team

Iron Man (Thor buster armor) used to fight King Thor
Human Magneto (with the suit the H.E. made for him which replicated his powers)
Iron Patriot
War Machine
Captain America
Steel
Dread Knight
Iron Monger
Dr. Doom (in same exact Destroyer-inspired armor he fought Thor in)
Titanium Man
Crimson Dynamo (as seen in Thor/Iron Man team up)
Batman (In suit from Bruce Wayne: The Road Home.....which copies Amazo's capability of copying metahuman powers, includes Superman's heat vision, superspeed possibly from The Flash, Martian Manhunter's invisibility, emitting a Green Lantern's ring's energy, and a lasso mirroring Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth)

Fight takes place in Asgard. Odin has no weapons and is surprise attacked.

Wait a minute guys. If Batman has armor that can copy Amazo's trick, this fight is not in Odin's favor.
