He can certainly 10-count her by destroying her body easily.

But there's nothing he can permanently do to her, since she can exist as an incorporeal astral entity.

He's specifically taken out astral forms too.

Not sure how well he'd do against Nova on the astral plane though. Surfer's supposed to be more powerful there, but psi's like Nova can sometimes be a LOT more powerful there.
