He went from point A to B, zigzagging nine times, 5-10 feet each time, over a distance of 25ish feet (the distance from man 7 to man 3, about 25 feet, yes?), killed all the men, all in less than 1/4 second. With each kill came an individual swipe of the sword. This is faster than porting speed. And yes, with Yang zigzagging to each man for each kill, this rivals bullet time.
9 sword swipes in less than 1/4 second, not to mention the speed it took to go from one man to the next, nine men on total over 25 feet, yes, this is faster than AS. Not to mention Yang had some precog.

See, what you and others are ignoring is that Yang did what he did in less than 1/4 second.
There were nine men. They each were spread out in a wide area spanning 25 feet, all about 5-10 feet apart. Yang engaged each individually. Nine speed blitzes, nine sword swipes, nine gut jobs. All in less than 1/4 second.
That's faster than AS. That's faster than Wade Wilson. That's faster than YuLaw, FFS. That's Neo fast, dude.

Yang is the blue X on the left, his enemies the green X's. I even illustrated the individual speed blitzes he used. With each speed blitz came a sword swipe and a gut job.
Now....The battlefield spans 25-30 feet, from Yang's starting point to the ending point. Yang's opponents are spread out all over, 10 feetish between each of them (some are closer than 10 feet, some farther than 10 feet, I'm figuring it averages about 10 feet.)
Yang engages. He speed blitzes each enemy individually, guts them with an individual sword swipe, then appears beyond them, untouched, less than 1/4 second later. It's really more like 1/8 of a second, it's as close to being instant as one can get without actually being instant.
A Glock 9mm round has a velocity of 1100 fps. Yang performed 10 speed blitzes all around 10 feet each. That's 100 feet he covered in 1/8 to 1/4 a second. We'll go with 1/4. 100 feet times 4 is 400 feet. Add on that Yang had to engage each enemy individually with individual sword swipes, and yeah, it's bullet time fast.
