Oh. Why 'Hand of God'? He had no connection to the Presence.

I prefer "Classic Ion" for him. Or "Full Battery Ion" (since he had the full main green battery in him).

Ion 1 was pretty ****ing broken. Hand of god isn't exaggerating that much. Ion 1 might be stronger than ZH Parallax, I could be wrong.

I believe it was stated that Kyle held more power as Ion than Hal did as Parallax, yeah.

Well, he was Parallax's power, plus the remaining power that had been kept separate from it in the last individual battery.
