it was either an early 90s movie or late 80s horrror. Almost like a campfire story. One of the stories a man/monster was hiding under a car while the girl was driving. Also another story was a girl was sitting on a dock making out with a guy she had a white bathing suit and a purple kind of blob bathing suit came out of the water. it had to have been made before 1995
