If Thor can use every power he gots, he stomp. If he's only h2h against Wolverine (w/ claws), Wolverine can wins. Maybe 6/10?

In a comic Thor would be in serious trouble.
In a forum, he may be in a little trouble. Both Venom and Carnage are powerful enough to at least hurt him a little, or distract him in the least. Wolverine is the killer here.
