Agree with part of what Leo says about "should" be stomping, but imo Stardust takes this.

didn't vulcan absorb a star or some such? he's been said to be beyond omega as well. so how does stardust put him down exactly?

as far as how he is put down--the same way gladiator walked right through him. SD would pumel him physically or just cut off his head. 😬

No, that was Havok. He absorbed part of a star and scarred Vulcan. He absorbed a star-lite being in King Breaker as well and was curbstomping Vulcan. SD cuts Vulcan in two.
